Roots, Identity, and Purpose

Born in Piraeus, Greece, into a family with a multigenerational tradition of benefaction and public contribution, she developed a strong sense of social responsibility from an early age. She observed injustice, competing interests, and the contradictions of human nature. Her response was to create: to define her own direction, conceive initiatives, and build institutions according to her convictions.

She earned a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, specializing in social identity, social representations, collective meaning, and group dynamics. She put this scientific foundation to work in business and institutional development, applying it directly to organizational strategy, market behavior, stakeholder alignment, and the creation of effective partnerships.

Following her doctorate, she pursued a Master of Arts in Theology. Theology provided the intellectual rigor for questions of conscience, human dignity, and ultimate purpose, while Social Psychology supplied the empirical instruments to decode behavior, influence, and power. Her longstanding engagement with senior ecclesiastical leaders brought her face-to-face with the raw realities of institutional governance, authority, and decision-making. For her, the pursuit of theosis is a lifelong mandate for action: to create, to assume uncompromising personal responsibility, and to build institutions that elevate human potential.

Her family heritage, with roots in Pontus and Asia Minor, strengthened her commitment to cultural identity and collective memory. For more than three decades, she has pursued scholarly work focused on cultural continuity and the intergenerational consequences of the Pontian Greek Genocide, connecting historical memory with questions of identity, responsibility, and social cohesion.

These foundations, Social Psychology, Theology, and cultural heritage, are reflected in the institutions she creates. As Founder and President of the SOTL Global Movement, she established an international leadership organization with professional education, cultural standards, and cross-border collaborations spanning countries and industries.
