Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.dranastasiapsomiadi.com (the “Website”), operated by APSON LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.

By using the Website or making a purchase through it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Content

The Website provides information about professional, academic, educational, speaking, advisory, and related activities, as well as access to selected publications, resources, and products.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not be considered individualized legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

We may update, change, or remove Website content or features from time to time.

2. Purchases and Payments

The Website may offer books, other physical products, digital products, educational materials, and related resources for purchase.

Prices, product descriptions, shipping charges, and other relevant information are displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Payments may be processed through Wix Payments and/or PayPal, depending on the payment method selected by the customer.

Payment providers operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and payment-processing requirements.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be shipped internationally where shipping is available.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown during checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, local authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Where applicable consumer law provides a mandatory right of withdrawal, including the 14-day cooling-off period that generally applies to EU consumers purchasing physical goods online, those statutory rights will be respected.

Where permitted by applicable law, customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing after they are submitted and cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact anastasia@sotlglobalmovement.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, where permitted by applicable law.

To review a claim, we may request:

  • the order number;

  • clear photographs of the item and the claimed damage or defect;

  • photographs of the original packaging and shipping label; and

  • other reasonable information necessary to evaluate the claim.

Please retain the item and its original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Submitting a claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a replacement or refund. Claims are reviewed individually based on the information and evidence available.

We may require the item to be returned before a replacement or other remedy is issued.

Where a claim is approved, our preferred remedy is replacement of the item, subject to availability and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we may decline claims where there is reasonable evidence that the item was altered, intentionally damaged, misused, damaged after delivery, or where the information provided is insufficient or inconsistent with the claim.

5. Digital Products and Online Materials

The Website may offer digital products, including downloadable files, e-books, educational materials, or online courses.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, sales of digital products are final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content, access or delivery will begin only in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

Where required, customers will be asked to expressly consent to immediate access or delivery and to acknowledge that, once access or downloading begins, they may lose their statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders

Claims involving an order reported as not delivered will be reviewed using available tracking and delivery information and, where appropriate, investigated with the shipping carrier.

A report of non-delivery does not automatically result in a replacement or refund.

7. International Orders, Customs and Returned Packages

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to claim the package, or refused to pay applicable customs duties or import charges, the original shipping charges are not refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any additional return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from any refund that is legally required or otherwise approved.

8. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to decline claims or refuse future orders where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse of these Terms, or repeated improper claims.

We may use available order, payment, tracking, delivery, and communication records when reviewing or responding to payment disputes or chargebacks.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, including text, graphics, images, branding, educational materials, methodologies, publications, and other materials, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, modified, or commercially used without permission, except where expressly permitted.

The APSON Protocol™ may be made available for free download through Zenodo.

Free access or download does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or grant rights beyond those expressly provided under the license or terms accompanying the material on Zenodo.

10. External Links

The Website may contain links to external websites and platforms, including the SOTL Global Movement, Zenodo, social-media platforms, and other third-party resources.

External websites operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services.

11. No Guarantee

We aim to keep information on the Website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, error-free, or continuously available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Arizona, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of a customer's place of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, products, services, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
